Zumbi F-44 2008
ZUMBI cycles is ready to present the flagship F-44 downhill racing frame for 2008. All of the improvements where consulted with our Team Riders throughout the 2007 season. The FPS suspension system and the geometry stays the same. The new frame will differ from the 2007 with a brace stiffener connecting the upper links. The brace is machined out of 7075 alloy, engraved with a ZUMBI logo, polished and mounted with 4 bolts. The 2008 version will also have redesigned swing arm yokes with more space for the tire. The cable mounting will be set on the top part of the down tube. All of the bolts will be 8.8 class stainless steel. For 2008 ZUMBI will continue offering the titanium axle version signed F-44 Ti. We are accepting the first orders now! ZUMBI frames will be equipped traditionally with Avalanche Downhill Racing suspension units and BURGTEC hubs and parts throughout the 2008 season.

Grzegorz Zieliński ends the 2007 DH racing season
Grzegorz ended the 2007 racing season 16th September in Slovenian Maribor, the final WC in 2007. A week earlier he raced with all the best DH racers during the World Championships in Fort William finishing 79th. Grzegorz sums up this season: “My start in the World Championships wasn’t good. I had a crash in the semi finals. My start in Maribor aweek later was better. I had a clean semi finals run but I was to slow to get to the finals. Finished 132 place. My 2007 season was average. Forth place during the Polish DH Champinships in Wierchomla was the biggest surprise for me after I felled off the track in the finals. I missed a good result again because of a small mistake or bad luck but as You say luck is always with the best. I started the past season late and usually small mistakes got me out of the podium”. Happy to have him in our 2008 team. We wish him the best!
